Please be informed that MICEX-RTS stock exchanges will be operating during the May holidays (Spring and Labor Day, Victory Day) in accordance with the following schedule:

• 1, 4, 5, 9 may - holidays.
• 2, 3, 10 may – working days.

Transactions in RUB (currency exchange, withdrawal etc.) will not be processed.

Dear customers!

We would like to inform you that as of 2nd of April 2013, the Company has obtained the JSC "Latvian Central Depository" (LCD) participant status, which gives the Company an opportunity to hold financial instruments in the LCD on behalf of clients and make securities and other transactions. Becoming a participant at LCD will enable the Company to provide direct access to carry out clients’ operations with LCD available securities, as well as to provide cash clearing for transactions and for corporate actions with regard to financial instruments.

Acquisition of the LCD participant status not only enables the Company to expedite settlement and transactions, but also provides for the clients access to a large number of domestic and international financial instruments – equities, corporate debt securities, bonds and derivatives. Access is provided through LCD partnership agreements and established channels of international securities depository Clearstream, Lithuanian and Estonian central securities depositories.

Dear Client,

We would like to inform you that AS IBS 'Renesource Capital "(hereinafter - the Company) has approved amendments of Contract on rendering services on the financial and capital market (hereinafter - the Agreement):

Taking into the account that the Company's license has been updated with new investment services, there are some following changes made in the Agreement:

• Article A.I.13.1. of the Agreement updated, stating that if a Customer wants the Company to provide investment service - investment advice on the investments in financial instruments, a Customer and the Company has to enter into a separate agreement.
• Article A.I.16. of the Agreement updated with new articles, that determine the order in which a Client may submit Currency exchange order. Besides, a definitions section is updated with new terms related to the customer provided exchange order`s execution.

Due to the fact that Company has changed registration address, there where appropriate changes made in the Agreement.

A new version of the agreement with the amendments will take effect on April 25th, 2013

Simultaneously with the above amendments to the Agreement, the Company has also approved a form - exchange (conversion) orders (transactions with FI).

The approved form is available at the Company's website available at the Company's website.

If the Company has not received any client complaints about the Agreement changes until the effective date of a new version of the Agreement, which is set at 04/25/2013, it is considered that the Client agrees to the changes. If the Company has received client complaints and the parties cannot reach agreement, the Company has the right to terminate the Agreement.

• March 28th , 2013 – transactions will be processed until 4 p.m.;
• March 29–1th, 2013 – Bank holidays.

The US Stock Exchanges will be closed on Friday, March 29, 2013 in observance of Good Friday Day.
