Be sure to prepare the following documents

For Individuals:

«Individual Client Application» (one copy);
«General Business Terms» (two copies);
Filled out W-8 BEN (necessary for the US emitted financial instruments);
The original or notarized photocopy of Passport;
The Original of the document confirming place of residence, remitted not later than 3 months ago (for Latvian non - residents only);

The place of residence confirmation can be the following:

utility bill original;
original bank account statement;
certified place of residence extract original;
land-line phone receipt original;
other document, remitted to your name and confirming your place of residence.

For Corporates (Latvian residents)

«Corporate Client Application» (one copy);
«General Business Terms» (two copies);
Filled out W-8 BEN (necessary for the US emitted financial instruments);
Company registration certificate original or its notarized copy;
Company articles of association original or its notarized copy;
Original or notarized copy of the extract from Companies Register, including the persons with signatory authority;
General meeting minutes original or its notarized copy (General Power of Attorney).

For Corporates (Latvian non -residents) *

«Corporate Client Application» (one copy);
«General Business Terms» (two copies);
Filled out W-8 BEN (necessary for the US emitted financial instruments);
Company registration certificate original or its notarized copy;
original or notarized copy of the document, defining company activity type (charter, memorandum, articles of association, constitutive agreement, trade license, notarized act of incorporation);
Company certificate of good standing original or its notarized copy;
Original or notarized copies of the documents, confirming director(s) appointment;
Original or notarized copy of power of attorney letter for company representative;
Original or notarized copy of company shareholders list;
Original or notarized copy(ies) of director(s), company representatives, bearing signatory authority and beneficiary(ies) passport(s);
Оriginal of the document, confirming company director(s) place of residence, remitted not later than three month ago;

The place of residence confirmation can be the following:

utility bill original;
original bank account statement;
certified place of residence extract original;
land-line phone receipt original;
other document, remitted to your name and confirming your place of residence.

(*) Companies Latvian non- residents, registered at offshore zones has to provide aforementioned documents originals or copies with apostil.

Provide documents in person or send them via regular post

Make sure you filled all necessary documents correctly.

Please, bear in mind that Renesource Capital accepts documents in Latvian, Russian and English language. The documents in other languages should be translated and notarized.

After receiving the documents, We

sign them and send back to the address you specified;
open trade account for you;
send you e-mail with account opening confirmation and detailed instructions on how to conduct trade deals.

Please, bear in mind that Renesource Capital does not accept money before receiving the documents, necessary for account opening.
