The company performs client’s evaluation on the basis of data provided by the client and according to this evaluation the risk profile is assigned to client.
If the client wishes to work with financial instruments that are available to customers with higher risk’s levels he is solely responsible for the effects of such investment decisions.
Client assumes all risks associated with obtaining the selected investment service, including the risk of incurring financial losses of any volume if the selected financial instrument disagrees to client’s risk profile.
Evaluation of investment services’ adequacy is performed and is regulated by paragraph A.I.7 of the General Terms of Business.
