Baltic securities

Custody services of Renesource Capital on the Baltic financial instruments market is under the supervision of the Latvian Central Depository (NASDAQ OMX Group). Our LCD Participant code is 0264. Renesource Capital is also regulated by the Financial Instrument Market Law of the Republic of Latvia. Compliance with the Law requirements and the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC) Regulations guarantees the following to Renesource Capital customers:

  • Confidentiality, safety and security of assets;
  • Seggregation of assets from the financial balance of the company and assets of other customers;
  • Full transparency and consistent reporting of financials and capital adequacy standards to the Regulator;
  • Safety of assets: Renesource Capital does not have its own investment portfolio and does not invest into financial instruments nor into financial instruments trade financing (Repo transactions);
  • Constant risk management, careful analysis and efficient monitoring of counterparties.

Transferring securities to Renesource Capital

To deposit/transfer securities from another bank or brokerage company:

  • Open a financial instruments account at Renesource Capital;
  • Submit an order to the brokerage department of Renesource Capital to deposit securities from a bank or brokerage company which will transfer these securities;
  • Submit an order to the bank or brokerage company to transfer/withdraw securities, indicating the respective financial instruments account number in Renesource Capital.

Please provide the following information when submitting an order to AS IBS “Renesource Capital” to withdraw/deposit securities:

  • The name of the financial instrument;
  • International Securities Identification Number (ISIN);
  • The number of the financial instruments;
  • The financial instruments account number in AS IBS “Renesource Capital”;
  • The name of the sender/recipient bank/brokerage company (participant of the depository) of the financial instruments and the financial instruments account number;
  • Transaction date;
  • Settlement date;
  • Settlement amount and currency;
  • Transaction side.
