To our headquarter in Riga, we are looking for a highly experienced PRIVATE BANKER.  The role of a position is to focus on acquiring new HNW clients for brokerage and asset management services and maintain these relationships in order to expand and develop Renesource Capital market position. Combining strong personal relationships with the resources of Renesource Capital to provide a full range of investment, trading, advisory and wealth management services. Our clients profit from multi-asset offerings tailored to each segment of private client market. The individual would lead the sales and business performance and help to effectively manage client portfolios, offering clients investment capabilities across all major traditional and alternative asset classes. As a multi-asset brokerage and asset management firm, we offer wealthy individuals around the world a complete range of advice and investment services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acquire, develop and service relationships across the HNWI segment
  • Engaging in business development to deliver new client opportunities
  • Act as the relationship manager for a specific portfolio of clients
  • Display creativity in formulating integrated solutions through the use of a wide range of products and services
  • Working across all international markets including EMEA, APAC, Russia, Americas
  • To deliver high-quality service and investment advisory to customers
  • Onboard high quality clients from relevant markets
  • Able to build strong relationships and attract new clients with private banking and wealth management needs
  • To demonstrate retention of an existing portfolio of clients
  • Provide advice to high net worth individuals, senior management and support staff
  • Be abreast of competition, market and client activities
  • Provide clients and gather all necessary up to date market information and conduct an analysis based on the information obtained

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 5/10 years’ experience in private bank or wealth management firm
  • Strong relationships with HNW individuals and families
  • Proven track record of client management, acquisition and retention
  • Excellent knowledge of investment solutions across all asset classes and products (fixed income, equities, bonds, commodities)
  • Passionate about the financial markets and business strategy
  • Enjoy working with clients and able to deliver exceptional client service
  • Entrepreneurial attitude is essential
