To our headquarter in Riga, we are looking for  SALES AND ACCOUNT MANAGER.  You will be responsible for the development of a defined market (country/ region), both in terms of new business (Sales) and our existing business relationships (Account Management). It is essential that you are able to analyze market potential, define a sales & marketing plans. You will be responsible for setting up new relationships and developing our existing partnerships. Successful candidates will provide high-level of service to clients, focusing up-selling, cross-selling and referrals. You will assist Clients in their use of the trading platforms and in understanding market trends, activities, transactions and accounts. Successful candidates are motivated by performance and competition, have proven success within Sales and/or Account Management, selling financial products within the financial or banking industry, have cold call experience and ask the right questions by using a soft approach. In addition to that, candidates have a relevant business education on bachelor level. Candidate must be fluent (written and verbal) in Latvian, Russian, English and additional European language will be an advantage. You will be a part of a tight and well-functioning team. Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote products and services 
  • Analyse market potential
  • Define a sales and marketing plan
  • Setting up new relationships and developing existing partnerships by providing proactive and highly qualified sales effort and expert advice
  • Welcome calls/call back requests
  • Assisting customers who wish to open trading account, funding and securities transfer assistance
  • Providing quality and efficient live support to existing and potential clients
  • Answering emails received from clients regarding queries on various issues (technical, accounting, new applications etc.)
  • Respond to live client emails. Inquiries include questions about trading platforms, available products and services, capital markets and trading strategies 
  • Identifying clients’ needs and introducing appropriate services and workflow solutions
  • Ensure client requests are completed in a timely manner without errors and delays
  • Intelligently articulate financial and market-related concepts
  • Provide prospective and existing clients with best-in-class service/ respond to client inquiries using phone, chats, email, social networks (forums)
  • Maintaining contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Use an intelligent soft cross-sales, (sales leads registered) approach to communicate the benefits of multi-asset offering to prospective and existing clients
  • Providing general information regarding products and services offered 
  • Informing all existing and potential clients of any new upcoming products (pre – IPO etc.)
  • Communicating to clients any important announcements, trading holidays or contract expiry dates
  • Quickly learn and stay current with all investment & trading products, services and platforms

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking or related field
  • Have a proven experience of 2/3 years with financial markets 
  • Sales and service minded 
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products (FX/MM, Derivatives, Stocks, Fixed income, investment funds) and markets garnered from previous experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian, Russian, and English language, both oral and written
  • Strong computer skills 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Dynamic, innovative and target driven
  • Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
  • Goal orientated and looking to prove yourself
  • Able to prioritize your workload and work under pressure
